IT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT TO SAY THAT THIS HAS BEEN A DIFFICULT YEAR FOR US ALL. AS WE CONTINUE TO WORK THROUGH THE CHALLENGES ASSOCIATED WITH OPERATING DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC, WE ARE NOW ALSO ACUTELY REMINDED OF ISSUES OF BIAS, VIOLENCE, AND INJUSTICE IN OUR COMMUNITIES. WE ARE LOOKING AT WAYS WE CAN CONTINUE TO MAKE ADTS A DIVERSE AND SAFE WORKSPACE INCLUDING NEW DIVERSITY & INCLUSION TRAININGS, OUTREACH AND POLICIES.
